Return and refund policy
Please review the following terms carefully before making a purchase:
1.Pre-Purchase Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying that the selected product is suitable for their intended use. We do not accept returns for products that are found to be incompatible with your system after purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm compatibility prior to ordering. Before purchasing, please ensure:
- The correct product version is selected
- Compatibility with your system is confirmed
- All relevant product specifications are reviewed
Product datasheets and installation manuals are available for download on our webshop to assist you in making an informed decision.
2. General Return Conditions
Returns may only be accepted if:
- The product is unoped, unused and in its original condition
- The original packaging is intact
- The return request is submitted within the specified return period
Non-Returnable Items
Products returned due to incorrect selection, including compatibility issues, will not be accepted.
3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopend, unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. Please note that visible damage has to be reported within 3 working days and invisible damage within 7 working days.
4. Return Procedure
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 3 to 7 days of receiving it at info@jedsenergy.com. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the item you wish to return. Please note that visible damage has to be reported within 3 working days and invisible damage within 7 working days.
5. Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method you used for the purchase. The processing of a return can take up to 10 days for JEDS Energy items, and up to 14 days for manufacturer/distributor items.
6. Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs for returning the item are your responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
8. Order Cancellations by Customers
If you choose to cancel your order after payment has been processed, a [transaction/processing/cancellation fee] will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.

9. Exchange
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Or you can contact us on info@jedsenergy.com. We are here to help you.
